The weather today looked terrible, and there is no reason to embark on a hike with amazing views if one cannot see them, so we decided to not set the alarm - yay!
We took a walk around Lago di Misurina (Lake Misurina) as it is only a 30-minute drive from here. It was nice. The skies were quite overcast and it was a very short (one? two? mile) walk.
We did enjoy a kiddie zipline.......😁
After our walk, we grabbed coffees again. Brad learned from his espresso order the day before and this time ordered an Americano (right) - better choice! 😂
We headed back to our Airbnb to park the car, then walked into town again. So far we've only been looking for dinner, we never really looked at the stores or much else. As with all towns that we've been in on this trip, it's cute. It started pouring while we were walking around....
We grabbed (an okay) lunch and then headed back to do laundry, get some stuff done, chill. We are planning to - hopefully - hike the remaining time we have in Cortina D'Aprezzo....the weather looks iffy. 😑
