We took a
long drive to visit the Cape Ann area of Gloucester & Rockport,
Massachusetts. We weren’t all that
interested in Gloucester once we got there, so we continued to Rockport and found
more of what we were looking for – restaurants, shops, art galleries, and
waterfront. We also found what we were not looking for – TONS of people! Oh
well!
The areas was
quite lovely – old, old homes along the Atlantic and many boats to watch &
enjoy – we even saw a lobster boat offload quite a few lobster. The shops were
okay – not as nice as those in Provincetown, but there were a few to our
liking. All-in-all, a nice day.
Easy and affordable - no matter where you are!
