Today was another beautiful day weather-wise, so we decided to go to the Greenwich area of Prince Edward Island National Park. As we drove, Brad kept insisting that we did this when we were here four years ago; Suzanne didn't recognize a thing (typical), until we got here and started hiking, Yup - we did this before, but happy to do it again as it is a lovely walk and a beautiful beach.
The walk starts along a gravel road with lots of pretty weeds and views of St. Peter's Bay....
Eventually coming to a floating boardwalk.....
Arriving at the dunes......
To another beautiful PEI beach....
We once again walked for quite a while.....
Eventually walking back to the car (about 1/2 hour each way...
...and enjoyed a picnic lunch in the shade of our hatch! 😀
We continued to drive along the coastal trail, eventually finding ourselves at the East Point Lighthouse at the easternmost tip of PEI....
We continued driving along the coastal road, eventually turning inland to get back to our Airbnb.
Another awesome day in PEI!😎
