Tiki RV Park & Campground, St. Ignace, Michigan

We had another long driving day – from Niagara Falls, NY through Canada and north to the Upper Peninsula (U.P.) of Michigan, 506 miles in 11 hours. Yeah, we were planning on boondocking (dry-camping) somewhere along the way, but decided to just keep going, so here we are.

Tiki RV Park & Campground is just north of the Mackinac (pronounced Mack-in-awe) Bridge (not the most enjoyable bridge crossing, by the way). We’re here under Passport America, so it’s $19/night (cash) for full hook-ups in a pull-through. It’s an okay campground – not much, really, but nice people, nice staff, and a good location for potentially going to Mackinac Island, weather depending.

Easy and affordable - no matter where you are!
