We started the day by getting to the Charlottetown Farmer's Market to get some more salad stuff and freshly made bread. 😋
After dropping off everything at our Airbnb, we headed to the one area on the Points East Coastal Drive that we haven't gone to yet, starting with Wild Natural Area, where there was this cute sign and leashes to borrow......
(Yesterday at Brackley Beach there was a huge pile of kid's beach toys to borrow and return as well.😀)
This was a lovely area and we walked both directions for a couple miles (finding one more piece of sea glass) enjoying the cool ocean breeze.
There were some spare lobster traps that people were using as chairs as well......
We then drove to Blooming Point Beach, which was also nice.....
...though there was a bit of litter and trash - the first we have seen on any PEI beach thus far. We walked a while here as well. (Keep in mind, if you go and want to go to the clothing optional section, turn left. 😎)
We then made our way to Grand Tracadie to the Fin Folk Food restaurant. We split the Fin Sampler, which included 1/2 a hot buttered lobster roll (very good), one fish taco (good), and one piece of crispy fried fish (which, even though we know that "crispy" means "deep fried," for some reason we didn't realize it and yup, it was deep fried - not our favorite). Of course, there were French fries as well.
While the food looked great......
...it was a bit too "fried" for us, so not our favorite meal of the trip.
We then walked along the beach there, Old Tracadie Harbour Beach, which was fine - not our favorite beach (to go along with not our favorite meal 😉).
So a very nice beach-walking day, even though a bit cooler and cloudier than the last three days. 😎
